If you have watched Netflix's Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat you know that making focaccia can be a sensual experience.  Some people say there is nothing like a dame, I say there is nothing like a wing. Nothing in the world.  I have a list of about five or so recipes that are my ultimate favorites. This is one of them.  It's hard to pick, but if you were on a desert island, what show would you want to stream?  |
