When chicken is available at Whole Foods for $3.75 you buy it...
I stay away from the meat section of Whole Foods because I get so tempted. Then I look at the prices. I see young people there; I know it occurs, but I don't understand. How do you afford this? Seriously? What kind of jobs do you have? I happened to be strolling around one Saturday when...out of the corner of my eye, I spotted these perfect "air chilled" chicken legs. Boy do I get excited when I see "air chilled." That's a lie. BUT, they were on SALE. And not the Whole Foods kind of "sale" when a pound of shrimp is $35. These were actually $3.75...for the entire package.
I like to grill my chicken legs which means I like to withstand sub freezing temperatures just to get that perfect char. No joke, last year at this time, I took this picture of my grill.

Sometimes I pull my grill up to my door leading to the outside. Although, I'm pretty sure this is a fire hazard, I can easily just monitor my temperature. Winter grilling is a luxury in New England, you all should try it!
